Would a £7.6 million lottery win change your life? A Norfolk based couple who just won that staggering amount on the lottery say they’ll continue working as their garage is their life, despite the huge Lotto win.

The couple, Eric and Sue Tarry, were successful on Saturday’s rollover when they bought a lucky dip Lotto ticket. The win was so mind blowing for the couple that haven’t managed to sleep since winning.

Seventy-eight-year-old Mr Tarry said they’d continue running the garage because it was their way of life.

I have got lots and lots of lovely customers. They are not only customers but friends as well. It's just something we do every day. It's not easy to give up.

The business they run together is very much a family affair, with Eric running the business and his fifty-six-year-old wife Sue handling the accounts. Mrs Tarry stated:

We employ three people and it's like a family.

The couple have been married for almost thirty years, and have five children. They say they’ll share the money with their family and grandchildren. One plan the couple have with the money is to finish the kitchen they have been doing up. Mr Tarry said:

It is incomplete and it has been for several years. We've been going to have it done professionally for years and will do that now.

The couple have been buying Lottery tickets since 1994, when the Lottery first started. The numbers they picked that won them £7.6 million were: 10, 34, 35, 39, 43 and 47.
