Callie Rogers had her life change forever a few years ago when she became the second youngest ever millionaire jackpot winner on the Lotto when she landed £1.9 million in 2003. At the time she was a shelf stacker in the Co-op, but since winning the Lotto jackpot she has had a turbulent time. Callie has just been released without charge by the police after her home was raided on Wednesday 10th December over suspicions of drug dealing. She lives in Cumbria with her boyfriend and her two children. According to reports a man was arrested at her house and has been charged with dealing cocaine. The man, Ryan Thompson, was also charged with possession of a dangerous weapon. He was to appear in court on Friday 12th December. Callie, since winning the £1.9 million jackpot, has a series of failed relationships, but she has managed to hold on to her fortune, investing much of it in property. She is also reported to have around £800,000 in savings. In nearly went very bad for Callie in 2005 however when she barely survived a drug overdose as she battled against depression, and suffered malicious phone calls and burglary in her home. She has two children with her former partner Nicky Lawson, but they broke up after he had an affair with her sister. |
