Lucky lotto win was sent from above?

LottoWhat did you do last Wednesday? Did you play the National Lottery’s Lotto game? Well one lucky great grandmother did and managed to scoop a very sizeable £850k lottey win, and certainly not bad for a mid week payday.  The delighted 70 year old, Brenda Pugh decided to have a bit of a late night on Wednesday to stay up and watch the lotto draw, by the time three numbers were drawn that matched her ticket she was beside herself thinking how luck she has been to win £10.  Imagine Brenda’s delight when the numbers just kept coming and she managed to match six lotto numbers giving her a fabulous jackpot prize that she never dared to dream would be possible.

Brenda is a lady of simple tastes and so splurgin her big National Lottery win is not top of the agenda, in fact she has decided to stay in her current home which she has lived in for nearly half a century, she will however push the boat out and have a new kitchen and the house redecorated.  Brenda has other plans too, obviously with Christmas just around the corner she hasn’t forgotten about family and so is intending to treat her four children, seven grandchildren and great grandson with her lucky lotto winnings.

Brenda is quoted in an article published in the Independent as saying "I'm going to make sure my family are all ok, which will make me very happy, and of course it is going to be a very special Christmas."  Brenda  who live in Millom in Cumbria is convinced that her husband who died 9 years ago was watching over her on the day of her lottery jackpot win.  She believes he may have been giving her a sign from above as she had even worn the necklace that husband Bill had given her as a gift on their wedding day, the very same week.
