Big win not likely to keep Nigel’s feet on groundMr Page age 43 had been jokingly boasting of his possible lottery success to his daughter that morning at breakfast little knowing that in fact he had become the UK’s biggest lottery winner overnight. Mr Page who is a daredevil sky diver in his spare time and his partner of 8 years Ms Laycock intend to use the money wisely and hope to give back something to the local community as well as their friends and family with their massive Euromillions win. Mr Page’s one personal extravagance will be to build a Sky Diving centre complete with wind tunnel to help with his sky-diving hobby, but he and his partner intend to build a house and take a much needed holiday with some of the cash too. Bacon sandwiches to celebrateMr Page who is in property maintenance and Ms Laycock an estate agent, celebrated their record breaking lottery win with bacon sandwiches with their three children in a local Waitrose café whilst they waited for representatives from the National Lottery HQ, Camelot – however in their dreams they had imagined celebrating a big lottery win slightly differently with exploding confetti and ticker tape. The celebrations are not likely to stop for sometime for the UK’s biggest lottery winners as they decide how to spend their new found fortune. The ecstatic couple propose to make a few purchases include a BMW car and a pony for daughter Ella aged 12, and a rather more unusual purchase could include a tarantula spider.
